Masquerade

We’re all invited to a masquerade ball.

We’re all invited to a masquerade ball.

I put on my mask,
Stepping into the ballroom,
Ready to put on a performance.

I dazzle the audience,
With sparkles and confetti,
As blood trickles down my throat.

A showman, a performer,
For I must continue my performance,
A heartless husk, with a mask on his face.
