Personality + soft-skills will matter the most as the technical & laborious work will be handled by AI Agents. People will crave for genuineness + authenticity. Charisma cannot be replicated by AI. You do not need to know how to code an application, you just need to know how to create a narrative & sell it.

The 0 -> 1 journey + virality will happen even more frequently due to hyper-hyper-personalisation. Our choice of LLMs will know us to the extent that it will make Google salivate. They'll know our deepest desires, our credentials, our aspirations & will store everything in their memory. Case-in-point TikTok & instant-virality; hyper-personalized & tuned feed leading to more relevant content & greater connect with the content creator you see in your feed.

Distribution, Influence & Access to Capital will be the only moats. Nothing else.

People will be given pseudo-jobs to make the rat-wheel spinning; to prevent the collapse of society. A socialist economy might prevail with a Universal Basic Income system. Accountability might be the only things humans may be able to provide as their USP. AI cannot be held accountable. If an AI screws up a task, who will you blame. Yourself? If your subordinate (using AI) screws up, you can shift the blame to them. Humans are not efficient, and society strives for maximum efficiency, case-in-point, the layoffs, facilitated by-in-large due to improvement in technology.

Everyone might become “mini-entrepreneurs”. Humans can handle risk. AI cannot. AI has nothing to lose, therefore might fuck things up, humans have something to lose. Might be more akin to a small village, where all the villagers grow their produce, and trade (barter system)

Culture of hedonism will rise as access to more immersive forms of escapism will be present, case-in-point more immersive escapism through VR. People's brains will be numbed out of critical & independent thinking.

Religious bodies & cults will see an uptick as faith & belief will be at their lowest.
